The card offers a zero percent APR for 15 months on any balance transfers made within 45 days of opening your account. After that, the card offers a low APR of 13.99 percent variable on purchases and balance transfers. There is a balance transfer fee of $5 or 2 percent of the amount of each transfer, whichever is greater, for balance transfers made within 45 days of account opening. There is a $0 balance transfer fee for balance transfers that post to the account after 45 days of account opening. Cardholders get free monthly FICO credit score access and no foreign transaction fees.
